Insulated attics may qualify for a smaller rebate, but you are responsible for covering the extra cost.
Homes need to be built prior to 1979.
Pictures of the walls, attic rafter, and floor without insulation
Walls must be open to prove there is no insulation inside.
Insulation behind the wall will disqualify the project.
In addition, you will be responsible for closing the wall.
We will open the walls when we come to take measurements
